General description
アルデヒドの一種であるピリドキサールが、ピリドキシンと置き換えられています。この改変により、培地の安定性が高まることが示されています。低血清条件下での多様な細胞型の増殖に適しています。フェノールレッドが含まれていないため、クローナル細胞と幹細胞の培養に好ましい培地になっています。
