General description
Scepter 3.0携帯型自動セルカウンターは、使いやすい携帯型のフォーマットで迅速な細胞計数を実現します。Scepter 3.0は研究目的でのみ使用することを意図しており、現在使用されている細胞を代表する細胞型を用いて検証されています。対象となる細胞培養の希釈液を調製した後、画面上の指示に従って採取プロセスを実施します。Scepter セルカウンターがサンプルをScepterセルカウンターセンサーに吸引してから30秒以内に、Scepterセルカウンターの画面に以下が表示されます：
Scepter 3.0セルカウンターは、Scepter3.0セルカウンターセンサー40 uMと60 uMの両方に対応しています。このキット（PHCC340KIT）には40 uMセンサーが無料で50パック含まれています。

Upgrading to Wi-Fi connectivity and Millicell® Cloud Access:
Scepter 3.0 instruments purchased before January 1st, 2026, do not have Wi-Fi connectivity. Customers can add Wi-Fi connectivity and get cloud connectivity using the following steps:
1. Download the free software at Millicell® Cloud. Select Scepter 3.0 and download the software onto a USB drive. Load this Software onto the Scepter 3.0 device.
2. Place an order for free trial subscription of Millicell® Cloud using the Catalog number MILLICL-TRIAL. Contact our customer service to help you with this.
3. Purchase Wi-Fi dongle: MERS03USBD0N. Insert the USB dongle into the USB port and follow the instructions on the screen. Now your device is ready to access Millicell® Cloud.
