all−transレチノイン酸 (ATRA)は、レチノイン酸受容体(RAR)とレチノイドX受容体(RXR)の両方のリガンドです。結合したRARおよびRXRは、正常細胞と腫瘍細胞の増殖や分化を制御する転写因子として機能します。チトクロムP450(CYP)は、ATRAの4-ヒドロキシル化を触媒します。レチノイン酸は、胚性幹細胞がニュ-ロンになるのを促進します。
レチノイン酸受容体(RAR)とレチノイドX受容体(RXR)の両方のリガンドで、胚性幹細胞がニュ-ロンになるのを促進します。

Application

Tretinoin may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations by chromatography techniques.

General description

Certified pharmaceutical secondary standards for application in quality control provide pharma laboratories and manufacturers with a convenient and cost-effective alternative to in-house working standards. Tretinoin is a medication used for the treatment of severe cystic acne. The drug acts by regulating epithelial cell growth and differentiation, sebum production, collagen synthesis and keratinization of the skin.
