General description

Reagent-cartridge Morpholine-2-spiro-(2-Pyr) is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the synthesis of a morpholine-pyrrolidine spirocycle from an aldehyde through the use of a SnAP reagent. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for transforming the chosen aldehyde into a morpholine-pyrrolidine spirocycle.

Scale: up to 0.5 mmol
Heterocycle: Morpholine-pyrrolidine spirocycle
Compatible substrates: aldehyde

  • Cu catalyst (Cu(OTF)2 and 2,6-lutidinium triflate)
