General description
EMPLURA® is our low-cost alternative to high-purity qualities. With EMPLURA we offer a range of solvents for a plurality of basic applications in non-regulated industries and for less demanding applications, preparative laboratory work and cleaning purposes. EMPLURA solvents provide adequate specifications with the most important parameters.
Application
- Oil sludge washing with surfactants and co-solvents: This study by Ramirez et al. explored the effectiveness of various solvents, including n-Pentane, in recovering oil from different types of oil sludges, focusing on environmental remediation technologies (Ramirez D, Shaw LJ, Collins CD, 2021).
- Physicochemical properties of organic solvents in nanoparticle synthesis: Fromme et al. studied the impact of organic solvents, such as n-Pentane, on gas and hydrogen formation during laser synthesis of gold nanoparticles, highlighting its application in materials science (Fromme T, Tintrop LK, Reichenberger S, Schmidt TC, Barcikowski S, 2023).
