Application
Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot was affinity purified and detected a complete elimination of IRX-3/IRXB1 expression in hindlimb bud lysates of embryos from pregnant Cre-ER(TM);Irx3/5-CKO mice 48 hours after Cre induction by tamoxifen treatment (Li, D., et al. (2014). Dev. Cell. 29(2):233-240).
Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot was affinity purified and detected both endogenous IRX-3/IRXB1 and tissue-specific expression of a dominant negative EnR-Irx3 transgene in the hypothalamus tissue lysate from EnR-Irx3;Ins2-Cre mice (Smemo, S., et al. (2014). Nature. 507(7492):371-375).
