The Anterior Foregut Endoderm Induction Medium II is a chemically defined/serum-free ready-to-use media used to differentiate CXCR4+/c-kit+ definitive endoderm (DE) cells into Sox2+/Pax6+ anterior foregut endoderm (AFE) cells. The Anterior Foregut Endoderm Induction Medium II is a component of the 3dGROยฎ Human Lung Organoid Culture System which can be used to differentiate human iPS cells into mature lung organoids that structurally resemble the in vivo branching airway and early alveolar structures. Preparation Note
Upon receipt, store at -20ยฐC. When ready to use, thaw overnight at 2-8ยฐC. Once thawed, mix thoroughly. Use immediately and store at 2-8ยฐC for up to 1 week. Do not re-freeze. Unused aliquots may be stored at -20ยฐC until the expiry date.
