Application
El acetonitrilo puede utilizarse como disolvente en:
- La síntesis peptídica en fase sólida.
- Las reacciones de sialilación.
- La síntesis de nanopartículas de cobre mediante la reducción de la sal de nitrato de cobre utilizando NaBH4. Durante la preparación, el ACN actúa como disolvente protector, que evita la oxidación de las nanopartículas.
- La preparación de selenuros de diarilo por reacción de acoplamiento catalizada por Cu entre yoduros de arilo y diselenuro de difenilo. En este proceso, el ACN también funciona como ligando para que el catalizador de cobre aumente su actividad catalítica.
