Biochem/physiol Actions
Estas enzimas rompen aleatoriamente los enlaces glucosídicos β-N-acetilhexosamina [1→4] del ácido hialurónico, la condroitina y los sulfatos de condroitina.
La hialuronidasa degrada el hialuronano y se ha observado que su regulación no es apropiada durante la progresión del cáncer.
