Sodium taurochenodeoxycholate is a bile acid that can be used as an anionic detergent.
Application
Sodium taurochenodeoxycholate has been used in a study to assess whether pancreatic β-cells contribute to BA-dependent regulation of glucose. It has also been used in a study to investigate short-term feedback regulation of sodium taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide (Ntcp) by bile salts in vivo.
