This antibody reacts to all Histone H3 proteins, independent of post-translational modifications. No cross reactivity with other histone proteins.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in recombinant Histone H3.3 protein, recombinant Histone H3.1 protein, A375, HEK293, HeLa and SK-MEL-2 whole cell lysates.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 0.25 μg/mL of this antibody detected Histone H3 in Recombinant Histone H3.3 protein, recombinant Histone H3.1 protein, A375, HEK293, HeLa and SK-MEL-2 whole cell lysates.
