The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

From your bioreactor to final sterile filtration, NovaSeptum® Sterile Sampling solutions provide you with the flexibility and safety you need to sample throughout your entire process. Its closed design maximizes security and reduces the risk of cross-contamination for consistent, representative samples.
For stainless-steel processes, you can configure your NovaSeptum® GO Sterile Sampling System or choose from pre-configured options for maximum flexibility. The system offers various multi-use holders for easy integration via Tri-clamp (TC), In-line, or In-Gold® connection.
For your single-use processes, NovaSeptum® SURe Sterile Sampling Assemblies are the perfect match. Choose from standard, pre-configured options via a standard AseptiQuik® S connector or C-flex® tubing. This enables a closed and easy aseptic fluid path to sample from your single-use process.
Both options comprise a variety of container and volume options for testing and storage: bags, bottles, syringes, and conical tubes.
