General description
BugBuster HT蛋白质提取试剂将BugBuster蛋白质提取试剂和Benzonase®核酸酶结合在一个方便的试剂中。BugBuster HT消除了传统细胞裂解程序引起的常见生物加工问题。从大肠杆菌中轻轻提取可溶性蛋白质，而无需暴露于热或氧化损伤，并且可以通过一步核酸消化消除粘度。所得的蛋白质提取物可以通过常规纯化技术容易地分级分离。BugBuster HT非常适合用于高通量蛋白质纯化。
Application
BugBuster® HT蛋白质提取试剂已用于：
- 在离心进行蛋白质表达和免疫印迹后裂解大肠杆菌细胞颗粒
- 从细菌细胞颗粒中提取蛋白质
- 裂解大肠杆菌细胞颗粒，用于表达和纯化dMIC60（线粒体内膜蛋白）蛋白
