General description

ROCK抑制剂（Y-27632）是包括p160Rock（Ki=140nM）和Rock-II在内的Rho相关蛋白激酶（ROCK）的一种选择性ATP竞争性抑制剂。还可作为肌球蛋白磷酸化和平滑肌收缩的激动剂诱导的Ca2+敏化的一种有效抑制剂。用10uM Y-27632处理一小时后可阻断已发生解离的培养的人类胚胎干细胞（hESC）的凋亡，从而在不影响多能性的情况下提高hESC的存活率和克隆效率1。近期有报告表明Y-27632和Accutase（货号SCR005）所组成的消化酶混合配方，能够通过使用常规的慢速冷冻和快速解冻方法提高单个hESC的解冻后存活率
