磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）是一种用于生物学研究的缓冲溶液。它是一种含有磷酸钠、氯化钠并在某些配方中含有氯化钾和磷酸钾的水基盐溶液。溶液的重量摩尔渗透压浓度和离子浓度与人体相同（等渗），并且对绝大多数细胞无毒。
Application
磷酸缓冲液已用于：
- 作为试剂用于分离子宫内膜或经血中的人子宫内膜干细胞/基质细胞(hEnSCs)
- 在免疫荧光染色中洗涤细胞
- 作为葡萄糖耐量试验(Glucose Tolerance Test)中口服葡萄糖的溶剂
