General description

Phosphate buffer is designed to cater as a sample diluent and a solution for performing serial dilution. It prevents pH-associated variations while carrying out microbial experiments.

Application

Phosphate buffer is used for the preparation of dilutions, blanks for the examination of waters, dairy products, foods, and other test samples.
