General description
LiChrosorb® RP-18 is a reliable irregular shaped silica gel carriers with reversed phase properties. It is well suited for the separation of neutral, acidic and weak basic compounds.
Application
- Determination of berberine in human serum by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.: This study outlines a method for detecting berberine in human serum using reversed-phase HPLC, utilizing the LiChrosorb RP-18 column for its reliability in separating chemical compounds in biological samples (Sun Y et al., 1997).
