General description
El heptahidrato del fosfato de sodio dibásico es una forma hidratada del fosfato disódico (DSP) o el hidrógenoortofosfato disódico. El DSP es ampliamente utilizado como regulador de pH y laxante salino.
Application
Una mezcla de heptahidrato del fosfato de sodio dibásico, fosfato de potasio monobásico y NaCl en agua desionizada se utiliza para la preparación de disolución salina tamponada con fosfato (PBS, pH 7,4). La PBS se utiliza como una disolución tampón en la investigación biológica para mantener el pH constante.
