General description

Affinity purified donkey anti sheep / goat immunoglobulin, HRP conjugated. Cross reactivity to human, rabbit, and mouse proteins is less than 2% by ELISA.

Application

Donkey Anti-Sheep/Goat IgG Antibody, HRP conjugate detects level of Donkey Sheep/Goat IgG & has been published & validated for use in ELISA & WB.
ELISA: 1:1,000-1:20,000

Immunoblotting: 1:100-1:2,000

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

The conjugate is supplied in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2, with 0.5% (w/v) bovine serum albumin and 10% (w/v) glycerol, 0.04% Thymol plus 0.4% anti microbial preservative

Preparation Note

Maintain at 2-8°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months.

Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity of HRP.

Analysis Note

The antibody is isolated from antisera by affinity purification. Undesired immune reactivity has been removed by solid phase adsorption.
