General description

Anti-Caspase-3 (Ab-4), mouse monoclonal, clone AM1.31-11, recognizes the ~11 kDa active subunit of caspase-3. It is validated for Western blotting and for use with paraffin sections.
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cells. Recognizes the ~11 kDa active subunit of caspase-3.
