General description

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing Balb/c mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with P3 x 63 Ag 8.653 mouse myeloma cells (see application references). Recognizes the ~6 kDa TGF-α protein.
Recognizes the ~6 kDa TGF-α protein in A2058 cells or skin tissue.
This Anti-TGF-α (Ab-2) Mouse mAb (213-4.4) is validated for use in Frozen Sections, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoblotting Paraffin Sections for the detection of TGF-α (Ab-2).
