General description
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing Balb/c mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with P3x63 Ag 8.653 myeloma cells. Recognizes TGF-β2 and TGF-β3.
Recognizes TGF-β2 and TGF-β3 in umbilical cord cells. Does not cross-react with TGF-β1.

Does not cross-react with TGF-β1. For staining paraffin sections, no pre-treatment is required, but the addition of 0.05% Triton™ X-100 detergent in the incubation buffer is recommended. Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.
