This Anti-Cytochrome C Antibody, clone 7H8.2C12 is validated for use in WB for the detection of Cytochrome C.
Western blot: 1:400

The antibody detects a 12 kDa protein corresponding to the apparent molecular weight of Cytochrome C.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Biochem/physiol Actions

MAB1800 reacts with denatured human, mouse and rat Cytochrome C. The antibody does not bind native Cytochrome C.

Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in PBS pH 7.2 containing 50% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide

Preparation Note

Maintain frozen at -20°C. For storage up to 12 months, aliquot and refreeze at -20°C or -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
