Immunogen

recombinant p27Kip-1

Application

Immunoblotting (1 µg/ml, chemiluminescence)

Paraffin Sections (1 µg/ml, heat pre-treatment required; see application references)

Packaging

Please refer to vial label for lot-specific concentration.

Physical form

In 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, 2% gelatin, pH 7.5.

Analysis Note

Negative Control
MOPC21 cells
Positive Control
HeLa cells or normal breast tissue

Other Notes

For staining paraffin sections, tissue should be boiled in 0.01% citric acid in a microwave for 15 min and allowed to cool prior to staining (see application references). Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.

Neuroblastoma is an aggressive pediatric cancer originating embryonically from the neural crest. The heterogeneity of the disease, as most solid tumors, complicates diagnosis and treatment. In neuroblastoma this heterogeneity is well represented in both primary tumours and derived cell lines
