General description

Purified rabbit polyclonal antibody. Recognizes the B form of human PDGF.
Recognizes the B subunit of PDGF in mesenchymal cells and fetal epithelial tissue.
This Anti-PDGF (Ab-1) (101-116) Rabbit pAb is validated for use in Immunoblotting, Immunofluorescence, Paraffin Sections, ELISA for the detection of PDGF (Ab-1) (101-116).

This antibody specific for the B form of human PDGF that will react by immunofluorescence with human platelets and has been reported to react in ELISA with the PDGF(AB) and PDGF(BB) protein. Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual sample types.
