General description
CHIROBIOTIC® TおよびT2にはキラル選択剤としてテイコプラニンが含まれます。これらのカラムにより、多数の分子クラスについて独自の選択性が得られ、α、β、γおよび環状アミノ酸、N-誘導体化アミノ酸、ヒドロキシカルボン酸、カルボン酸およびフェノールを含む酸性化合物、小ペプチド、中性芳香族分析物ならびに環状芳香族および脂肪族アミンを特異的に非誘導体化します。キラルクラウンエーテルまたはリガンド交換型CSPで通常得られる分離がCHIROBIOTIC® TおよびT2でも可能ですが、移動相が水-アルコールのようにはるかにシンプルです。さらに、既知のすべてのβブロッカー（アミノアルコール類）およびジヒドロクマリンについて分析が行われています。CHIROBIOTIC® TおよびT2は、結合化学および支持粒子の孔径の面で差異があり、選択性および分取能が異なります。
