Not phosphorylated by PKA, casein kinase I or II, CaM kinase II, or phosphorylase kinase. This peptide is suitable for use with crude extracts because it is not dephosphorylated by PP1, PP2A, PP3/calcineurin (PP2B), or PP2C.
