      A potent competitive antagonist highly selective for GluA1, GluA3, and GluA1/A2 subtype AMPA receptors (Ki = 0.168 and 1.6 µM for GluA1 and GluA1/A2, respectively). Negligible effect at GluA2 and GluA2/A3 subtype AMPA receptors. Used in studies of circadian rhythm, addition, and sleep.
