      DescriptionA cell-permeable isoquinolinone compound that potently inhibits SF-1/NR5A1 transcription activity (IC50 = 16 nM in a SFRE-driven reporter assay using HEK 293T cells expressing full-length SF-1). Reported to exhibit great aqueous solubility (140 µM in potassium phosphate buffer, pH 7.4) and excellent selectivity over the closely related transcription factor LRH-1/NR5A2.
