General description
限外ろ過メンブレンは、セルロース製またはポリエーテルスルホン（PES）製です。これらのメンブレンは、効率的なバッファー交換のため、遠心分離装置またはAmicon®攪拌式セルなどの圧力駆動型装置で、ダイアフィルトレーションで使用されています。限外ろ過メンブレンは、サンプル濃縮およびバッファー交換に使用できます。これにより、サンプルの移し替えを減らし、サンプルロスを抑えることができます。
Application
限外ろ過ディスク、5 kDa NMWは、以下に使用されています：
- Acaudina molpadioidea加水分解産物の濃縮
- ティラピア副産物（TB）タンパク質加水分解産物の分画
- 植物フェノール由来重合体色素の調製のための反応溶液の脱塩
