General description

Chlorpyrifos belongs to the organophosphorus class of insecticides, effectively used for the control of a variety of insect pests such as mosquitoes, fire ants, cockroaches, horn flies, lice, fleas, turf and ornamental plant insects.

Application

Chlorpyrifos may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in waste discharges and biological samples using different chromatography techniques.
