Albumin is the most abundant plasma protein in humans. High levels of albumin are associated with dehydration. Albumin turnover is seen in infants with iron deficiency anemia.   • of Eagle′s minimal essential medium (MEM) used as the liquid maintenance medium (MM) for virus infection

  • of Temin′s modified eagles medium to prepare the fresh overlay medium
  • in binding medium to perform binding assays
