General description
L-グルタミンは、培地の重要な成分である必須アミノ酸であり、培養中に細胞の主要エネルギー源として機能します。L-グルタミンは、乾燥粉末としても凍結溶液としても非常に安定しています。しかし、液体培地または保存溶液中では、L-グルタミンは比較的急速に分解します。最適な細胞パフォーマンスを得るためには、通常、使用前に L-グルタミンを培地に補給する必要があります。
Application
The L-Glutamine solution has been used as a supplement in Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI)-1640 medium to culture human leukemia monocytic cell line for intracellular assay and splenocytes for in vitro activation of CD4+ T cells. It has also been used as a supplement to the hybridoma medium used for primary screening for antigen binding and hybridoma cloning.
