Western blot on rat and mouse retina. The antibody recognizes a weak band at ~98 kDa and a stronger band at ~108 kDa in glycosylated protein from a retinal membrane preparation.

Immunohistochemistry on rat and mouse retina.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

HCN2 (Hyperpolarization-activated and cyclic nucleotide-gated channel 2). The antibody recognizes both the glycosyated and deglycosylated form of HCN2. The antibody recognizes a weak band at ~98 kDa and a stronger band at ~108 kDa in glycosylated protein from a retinal membrane preparation.

Cultured supernatant containing 0.05% sodium azide.

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
