General description

Endothelial dysfunction, immune activation, and vascular inflammation are central to the development and progression of cardiovascular disease. This panel includes seven biomarkers—sCD14, DPP4/sCD26, Endostatin, LRG1, MCAM/MUC18/sCD146, Progranulin (pGRN), and ucMGP—that reflect key processes such as vascular remodeling, immune signaling, and cardiac injury.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 7 analytes in human serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatants.
