siRNA Transfection: The siIMPORTER siRNA Transfection Reagent is lot tested in transfection of HeLa cells with SMARTpool siRNA reagents using a 6-well tissue culture plate format.
Physical form
One vial containing 0.75 mL of a hydrated siIMPORTER cationic lipid reagent for siRNA transfection. A separate vial containing 4 mL of siRNA Diluent (100 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5 in RNase-free water) is also provided.
Preparation Note
Stable for 12 months after receipt if stored properly. The siIMPORTER siRNA Transfection Reagent and siRNA Diluent are shipped at room temperature but upon receipt, should be stored at 4°C.
