ADAM 17 Control Peptide

The peptide is used for blocking the activity of anti-TACE, C-Terminal (Catalog number AB19027). Incubate the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37oC to block the activity of anti-TACE in Western blotting. Amino Acids 807 to 823 (ASFKLQRQNRVDSKETE) of human TACE (Black et al. 1997; Moss et al. 1997).

For use in blocking the reactivity of AB19027.

Optimal working dilution must be determined by the end user.

Liquid in PBS containing 0.1% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
