General description

Immobilon®-Pトランスファーメンブレンは、公称孔径が0.45ミクロン（μm）の疎水性ポリフッ化ビニリデン（PVDF）微孔性メンブレンです。さまざまなゲルマトリックスからのタンパク質の転写に用いられています。Immobilon®-Pトランスファーメンブレンは、ほとんどのウェスタンブロッティング、とくに20 kDaを超えるタンパク質にお勧めです。このメンブレンは、ニトロセルロース膜と比較して、取り扱い特性と染色能力が改善され、感度を高めるためにシグナル対ノイズ比が高く、耐溶剤性が改善されています。
