General description

The LTF-2 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control. The LTF-2 immunolglobulin has an unknown binding specificity and is used as an isotype control for rat IgG2b antibodies.

Application

This rat monoclonal Rat IgG2b Antibody Negative Control, clone LTF-2, PE-Cy7 conjugate, Cat. No. MABF1798 is validated for use in Flow Cytometry, for the detection of IgG2b.

Analysis Note

This monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography. The purified antibody was conjugated under optimal conditions, with unreacted dye removed from the preparation.
