Anti-CEACAM8 Antibody, clone 6/40c

Recombinant human CEACAM8 extracellular domain.

~80-140 kDa observed. 35.52/38.15 kDa (mature/pro-form) calculated. The broad and smeary band appearance is consistent with the detection of differentially glycosylated CEACAM8 species.

Epitope: Extracellular domain

Clone 6/40c specifically detected exogenously expressed human CEACAM8, but not CEACAM1/3/4/5/6/7, on the surface of transfected CHO cells.

Purified mouse IgG1κ in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in PMN cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL of this antibody detected CEACAM8 in 10 µg of PMN cell lysate.
