General description

ポリエチレンテレフタレート（PET）メンブレン付きMillicell®細胞培養インサートは、さまざまな細胞型の増殖および分化に理想的です。この個別滅菌包装されたインサートは、メンブレン孔径が光学的に透明 1.0 μmであり、ほとんどの 24 ウェルプラスチック製組織培養プレートに適合します。

組織培養プレートでは、細胞は頂端側からのみ培地にアクセスできますが、Millicell® 組織培養インサートでは、細胞は頂端側と側底膜側の両方から培地にアクセスできます。その結果、細胞の増殖、構造、機能が、in vivo で起こることをより忠実に模倣することになります。

インサート’のフランジデザインによって培養プレートウェル内でインサートが浮遊するため、細胞単層の両側へのアクセスが可能になっています。3つの突出アームの間にスペースがあることで、インサートの外側と培養プレートウェルとの間で容易にピペッティングできます。
