General description
A液は一般的なすすぎバッファーであり、欧州薬局方（EP）2.6.1、米国薬局方（USP）71および日本薬局方（JP）4.06に準拠しています。本品は無色澄明の液体で、25℃におけるpHは7.1±0.2です。 2～25℃（遮光）で12カ月間保存できます。各ボトルには、交差汚染のリスクを低減して殺菌処置を最適化する、セプタムクロージャー付きスクリューキャップが付属しています。
Application
メンブレンフィルター法による無菌試験では、水溶液のすすぎにA液を使用します。また、同じ用途で溶解性固体を希釈するためにも使用できます。また、本品は無菌製剤以外のメンブレンろ過の洗浄剤としても推奨されています。サンプルの溶解・希釈、市販の微生物の再構成、微生物の輸送媒体として優れています。
