Application

MISSION® ExpressMag® Super Magnetic Kitには、目的のレンチウイルスによるトランスダクションを向上させるために必要な試薬類がすべて含まれています。本キットにはExpressMag™ Bead 100 μLのバイアルが含まれており、96ウェルプレートの63ウェル分として十分ご使用いただけます。このビーズがレンチウイルスパーティクルと結合し、ExpressMag™ 磁性プレートが細胞表面にウイルスを誘引されることによって、トランスダクション効率が飛躍的に向上します。本製品は、標準サイズのウェルプレートをはじめ、T-25～T-75の組織培養フラスコや5 cm以下のシャーレと組み合わせてご使用いただけます。本キットを使用することにより、MISSION®レンチウイルスによる293T浮遊細胞のトランスダクションが向上することが実証されており、MOIが1程度のケラチノサイトなどのヒト初代培養細胞のトランスダクションも可能です。ExpressMag™システムによるその他の細胞株のトランスダクションに関しては、製品説明書をご覧ください。
