Cellvento^® ModiFeed Gal- COMP

Cellvento^®ModiFeed Gal- COMP is a chemically defined, animal-component-free cell culture feed developed for CHO fed-batch bioprocessing and targeted control of terminal galactosylation. As part of the Cellvento^® ModiFeed platform, this highly concentrated, compacted dry powder is a complete, single-part, pH-neutral feed that replenishes essential nutrients while supporting increased G0(F) and reduced G1(F)/G2(F) glycan levels. The formulation contains no glucose, hydrolysates, phenol red, or 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME), helping simplify feed preparation and process integration. On combination with Cellvento^®ModiFeed Prime it allows tunable galactosylation.

Cellvento^® ModiFeed Gal- COMP is supported by the Emprove^® Program and designated DfS, making it suitable for scalable, quality-focused biologics manufacturing workflows.
