Cellvento^® ModiFeed Gal+ COMP

Cellvento^® ModiFeed Gal+ COMP is a chemically defined, animal-origin-free, highly concentrated fed-batch feed designed to maximize galactosylation of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and recombinant proteins in CHO cell-based expression systems. Part of the Cellvento^® ModiFeed platform, this one-part, pH-neutral feed is supplied as a compacted dry powder. The formulation contains no glucose, no hydrolysates, no phenol red, and no 2-mercaptoethanol, ensuring high batch-to-batch consistency and process control. On combination with Cellvento^® ModiFeed Prime it allows tunable galactosylation.

• Controlling protein glycosylation, a critical quality attribute affecting biological activity, solubility, serum half-life, and safety of therapeutic proteins
• Targeting specific galactosylation profiles when mixed with Cellvento^® ModiFeed Prime, ideal for biosimilar development

Formulated to contain 159.9 grams of powder per liter of feed.
