Evaluated by Western Blotting in K562 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected MED15 in 10 µg of K562 cell lysate.

Epitope: Internal (C-terminal half).

Expected to react with all three spliced isoforms reported by UniProt (Q96RN5).
