Anti-Claudin-11 Antibody

Claudin-11 (CLDN11; or Oligodendrocyte-specific protein) is expressed in Sertoli cells of the testis. It is involved in the formation of tight junctions, which is required for spermatogenesis. Previous studies have indicated that claudin-11 may prevent the progression of bladder cancer by blocking cell invasion and metastatis.

~22 kDa observed. An uncharacterized band may be observed at ~60 kDa in some tissue lysates.
