General description
抗-Flag M2抗体用于检测Flag融合蛋白质。该单克隆产生于小鼠中并可识别FLAG序列的N-末端、Met N-末端和C-末端。该抗体还可在内部位点识别FLAG。不同于M1,M2不是钙依赖性的。
F3165使用蛋白质A树脂进行亲和纯化,因此不仅含有抗-FLAG M2抗体,还有少量的原生小鼠IgG,这会增加它在大多数应用中的敏感性。
