Application

推荐用于室温下操作小鼠胚胎。M2 和 M16 培养基是植入前期胚胎体外培养的常用培养基。它是一种改良的Krebs-Ringer碳酸氢盐溶液,与Whitten′s培养基非常相似。M16含有丙酮酸和乳酸作为能量来源,因为植入前胚胎不能有效利用葡萄糖。

M2培养基是对M16的进一步改良,用HEPES缓冲液替代一些碳酸氢盐。M2可用于在CO2培养箱外长时间收集和处理胚胎。

Preparation Note

添加 0.06g/L 青霉素 G 钾盐和 0.05g/L 硫酸链霉素。

Analysis Note
