Immunohistochimie : Dilution au 1/5-1/125e.

Western blotting : Dilution au 1/50-1/100e.

Il revient à l'utilisateur final de déterminer les dilutions de travail optimales.
L'anticorps anti-Brn-3a (protéine à domaine POU), clone 5A3.2 permet de détecter les niveaux de Brn-3a ; son utilisation a été publiée et validée en IH et WB.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Reconnaît Brn-3a. Ne présente aucune réactivité vis-à-vis de Brn-3b ou Brn-3c en western blotting. N′a montré aucune réactivité vis-à-vis de souris avec inactivation de Brn-3a.
